🚛 Commercial Freight & Shipping Policy
- Freight & LTL Carrier Logistics: Because of the heavy nature of industrial rigging hardware, anchor chains, and pump assemblies, standard parcel shipping is not available for all items. Heavy orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight or flatbed carriers.
- Commercial Delivery Requirements: Customers must provide a verified commercial delivery address equipped with a functional loading dock or forklift facilities. Residential deliveries are subject to accessorial carrier fees.
- Material Traceability (MTRs): All material test reports (MTRs) and compliance certifications are processed and shipped securely alongside your bill of lading. If digital documentation is required beforehand, contact our logistics office.
🔄 Industrial Returns & Cancellation Policy
- Standard Return Window: Unused, uninstalled stock items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover warehouse inspection and recertification.
- Custom & Fabricated Items: Custom-length 3-part or 9-part wire rope slings, specialized bridle configurations, or customized pump assemblies are manufactured to your project's precise specifications. Consequently, these custom orders are final and cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.
- Freight Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for managing and paying for all return freight logistics, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping the incorrect item).
