• Fit for Purpose: While our team provides certified equipment according to the specifications you request, the final determination of whether a specific lifting sling, shackle, or pump configuration safely fits your local field environment rests entirely with the purchasing client's qualified site engineer.

• Industrial Safety: Heavy rigging, deepwater mooring, and oilfield fluid transfer involve inherent field risks. Jamestown Industries is liable solely for replacing or repairing products proven to possess verifiable manufacturing material defects at the time of delivery.
• Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall Jamestown Industries or JIL Global Inc be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, project delays, crane downtime, lost oilfield production, or site labor costs resulting from equipment installation or operational wear.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamestown Industries against any third-party claims, damages, or site injuries arising from improper deployment, exceeding rated Working Load Limits (WLL), or neglecting standard rigging inspection protocols.
